Continous present
The present continuous, also called present progressive, is a verb tense that describes an action that began in the past and is still continuing in the present. The present continuous requires the present form of the verb 'to be' and the '-ing' form of the main verb or present participle.
Examples
Estoy mirando el reloj de pared. -I'm looking at the clock.
Ella está hablando con él. -She's talking to him.
Él está escuchando las noticias. -He's listening to the news.
Me estás leyendo un libro.-You're reading a book to me.
Están soñando con la Navidad.- They're dreaming about Christmas.
